Ideally, when clients finish working with me

you will be your own wealth of information. My hope is that all clients leave my program feeling confident and able to manage their lifestyle for as long as they please.

Can I do less than 12 weeks?

In short, no. I like to focus on building long-lasting habits, and anything less than 12 weeks is not long enough to build habits that lead to sustainable, life-long change.

Do you work with men too?

Yes! I work with women, men, and anyone else looking to improve their health and relationship with food.

I’m pregnant or nursing- can I work with you?

Yes! My Girls Gone Strong Certification allows me to work with pregnant and nursing clients!

Is this a low-carb or Keto Program?

No. No elimination of food groups here. I strongly believe the only foods you should avoid are ones that make you sick!
